How Nexa Blinds handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect your name, phone number, email address, city and whatever you tell us about your project. That is all. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell yours.
How we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, prepare your quote, and schedule measurement and installation. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will also send occasional design notes and offers, and every one of those emails has a working unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the life of your five-year warranty plus one year, so we can match replacement parts to your original specification. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months.
